By choosing this payment method you will be automatically directed to PayPal's site in the next step. When you've entered your information there, you'll be brought back to this store to let us know your design wishes, if you have ordered custom products. You can then complete your order.

Invoice

We can send you an invoice. For this we need the information from you, which product you would like to buy.

We currently ship once a week.

Orders placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM (CET) will be shipped on Friday of the same week.
Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00 PM will be shipped on Friday of the following week.

All domestic orders to residences and businesses will be sent via DHL, DHL Express or UPS. International orders will be sent via DHL Express or UPS. We reserve the right to delay or hold orders with inappropriate shipping selections (i.e., "domestic vs. international").

a. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process. Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on your country of origin.

b. Delivery

The product is ready to ship usually within 3 days after receipt of full payment and agreeing to the terms of delivery. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number of the parcel.

Address Correction:

Please send all address corrections to order@riekeles.com with the phrase "address correction" in the subject line. Please make sure to include your Paypal or Stripe transaction ID with the email.

Returned Packages:

If your package is returned to us for insufficient or incorrect address (eg: missing apartment number), or for any other reason that is not due to Riekeles Gallery’s fault, you will be charged additional shipping fees to have it re-shipped to you.

c. Shipping and Insurance

The goods are insured during transport against theft and accidental damage. Once you have taken your delivery receipt and confirmed by your signature, the insurance cover expires.

d. Customs duties and taxes

No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped within the European Union. The articles’ prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices.

In case of shipments that are made to non-European countries, no VAT is charged. As soon as the articles arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office and may delay the delivery of the articles. All customs duties and import taxes shall be beared by the consumer.
