Frequently Asked Questions

  • We currently ship orders once per week.
    Orders placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM (CET) will be shipped on Friday of the same week.
    Orders placed after Wednesday at 12:00 PM will ship on Friday of the following week.

  • We only offer high-end reproductions of anime background art. The original artworks are not for sale and will not be available for purchase in the foreseeable future. We do offer original personal work of the artists we’re representing.

  • Yes. We offer optional framing for most of our prints. Please contact us at sr@riekeles.com before placing your order to discuss available options and pricing if the frames listed in your shop do not meet your requirements.

  • Yes. Our physical gallery is located in 14467 Potsdam, Germany, Am Bassin 10 and is open to the public during exhibitions. Please check our website or follow us on Instagram (@reallyriekeles) for current opening times and exhibition details.

  • Yes. As long as your shipping address can be written using the English alphabet, we can ship to you. If your country does not appear during checkout, please contact us at order@riekeles.com and we will help you place your order.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at order@riekeles.com and return the item in its original packaging, along with your receipt and a note about the issue. We will offer a replacement if available or a full refund, including return shipping.

  • We welcome suggestions and custom requests. Please write to us at sr@riekeles.com with the name or description of the artwork you’re interested in.
